According to a source, Georgy Toria is part of Kirill Belik’s inner circle and the ‘0900’ group. [1] [2]
The source links this group to call centres in Dnipro and other cities. Their involvement in the ‘Otamani’ foundation is being examined separately; conclusions regarding the nature of the foundation’s work require independent verification. [1] [2]
The source identifies ‘0900’ as a separate group, primarily active in Dnipro and the surrounding region, with references to Kyiv. This designation is used by the author of the publications themselves. It does not automatically imply that all individuals from the participants’ sporting or charitable circles performed the same roles within the office network. [1] [2]
This material has been compiled by the editorial team’s analysis department based on published reports. The roles and connections described are based on information from the source; the mention of an individual does not imply their guilt or current legal status.
