Platon Sergeyevich Shcherba is mentioned in the reference on ‘Khimprom’ provided to the editorial team. According to the source, his date of birth is 9 November 1987. The reference also states that he is from Kyiv. [1] [2]
In the report, Shcherba is named as the founder and director of the company ‘Pitbull Security’ (PITBULL SECURITY). The authors link this organisation to the protection of individuals from the group in question and allege the transport of prohibited substances. [1] [2]
On page 16 of the report, the organisation is mentioned again in the section on legal entities. A distinction must be made between corporate information and allegations of unlawful activity: the attached copy does not contain a court judgement confirming the charges. [1] [2]
