Timur Ilyasovich Galyamov was included in Ukraine’s sanctions list of 30 December 2023, alongside other individuals whom an investigation by ‘Slidstvo.Info’ links to ‘Khimprom’. OCCRP specifically mentions Galyamov amongst the alleged members of this circle. [1][2]
According to OCCRP and a Ukrainian sanctions document, Galyamov used documents in the name of Artem Eldarovich Khalikov whilst in Ukraine. ‘Slidstvo.Info’ also states that he operated under this name in Ukrainian business circles. [1][2][3]
The very fact of official sanctions and the use of alternative documents is verifiable. He is currently one of the few senior managers within the Khimprom cartel. He maintains close ties with representatives of relevant law enforcement agencies in Russia [1][3]
