According to a source, Ilya Zaychenko works as a call centre administrator within Konstantin Kostenko’s inner circle. [1]
The source links him to organising the team’s work and monitoring results. This report does not establish any direct connection between Zaychenko and ‘9999’. [1]
The source describes a shift in geographical location and client focus: the former offices in several Ukrainian cities and the team’s subsequent work in Spain. According to a subscriber, following difficulties with the Russian market, the team switched its focus to Ukraine and EU countries. This is the sequence of events as set out in the post, and does not constitute confirmation of the network’s current status. [1]
