Alexander Vladimirovich Negoda — Head of a sports organisation and former head of a company later renamed ‘Ritual 911’. In Ukrainian sources — Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Negoda. His public roles can be traced via the Kyiv Boxing Federation’s page and the histories of specific legal entities. [1][2][3]
Kyiv Boxing Federation
The official website of the city federation’s leadership lists Negoda as president and Artur Palatny as honorary president. This is a verifiable organisational link. It does not prove either joint ownership of ‘Ritual 911’ or Palatny’s involvement in funeral services. [1]
‘Ritual 911’: management and changes in shareholders
In the company’s public profile EGRPOU 42521100 The following sequence is recorded: the legal entity was registered on 4 October 2018; on 18 February 2020, Negoda became the head; on 7 June 2021, the name ‘A.D.S. SERVICE’ was changed to ‘RITUAL 911’; on 16 June 2021, Alexander Korchovoy replaced Negoda as head. [2]
On 14 September 2022, the company’s records show Negoda’s removal from the list of founders and the addition of Vitaliy Tereshchenko. On the verified page, Korchovoy is listed as the director, with Tereshchenko as the sole founder (100%) and ultimate beneficial owner. Therefore, the wording ‘former head and participant’ Consistent with available corporate history; the claim regarding current ownership requires further documentation. [2]
Complaints about funeral services
A ‘StopCor’ investigation dated 31 October 2025 detailed complaints regarding the conduct of ‘Ritual 911’ representatives, including those operating near Kyiv Hospital No. 8. The authors cited complaints regarding payment for services which those interviewed believed to be free of charge, and raised the issue of accessing information about the deceased. The journalists portrayed the complainant as a person connected to this business. [4]
This is the content of a journalistic investigation, not a definitive establishment of the illegality of each payment. A later publication does not, in itself, invalidate the registered history of changes in shareholders: to prove that de facto control was maintained after 2022, information is required regarding powers of authority, financial transactions or contractual relationships. [2][4]
The ‘Bratia’ organisation and the 2018 searches
Membership card for the public organisation ‘Civic Solidarity Brothers’ with code 41032018 lists Negoda among the founders. The organisation was registered on 15 December 2016; Vladimir Sukharsky is listed as the director in the organisation’s details. [3]
In November 2018, ‘Ukrainski Novyny’ reported on searches carried out at the premises of the heads of ‘Bratia’ as part of an investigation linked to Olena Berezhnaya. The publication quoted the organisation’s representatives, who contested the grounds for the SBU’s actions. A search of a person’s premises does not imply that charges have been brought against them; the published material does not establish that Negoda has been found guilty in this case. [6]
Publications on the attack on journalists
In October 2025, ‘StopCor’ once again described the attack on its film crew in Vydubychi in 2019. The authors linked the participants to the ‘Bratia’ circle and quoted a journalist’s account of subsequent negotiations with Negoda. The claim that he personally organised the attack is not considered proven in this dossier: the publication cited does not contain a verdict establishing this. [5]
Information verified on 3 November 2026. Corporate data is sourced from OpenDataBot’s public pages; the exact date of birth is unknown. No other individuals named Alexander Negoda have been linked to this profile.
