The story about Karina Koynash and the ‘dairy’ money has a specific starting point: 42913474. This is the registration code for ‘FERMA. UA’ LLC, where the public entry in the Unified State Register lists Koynash as a shareholder with a 50 per cent stake. The company’s activities include milk processing, and the trademark is registered in the name of the LLC itself Smart Farmer. This raises two separate questions: what connection does this company have with the ‘Moloko vid Fermera’ chain, and what is known about the source of its capital? Each requires its own set of documents. [1] [2] [4]

Karina Koynash and ‘FERMA. UA’: what the code 42913474 reveals

‘FERMA. UA’ LLC was registered in Kyiv 27 March 2019. An Opendatabot record based on an extract dated 24 October 2026 lists two shareholders: Karina Sergeyevna Koynash and Seydali Ernestovich SeytkhalilovEach holds a 50 per cent stake, or a nominal contribution of 1,045,000 UAH to the authorised capital. These shares are also listed on the public YouControl profile. The Opendatabot history contains an entry dated 11 May 2021: the size of one shareholder’s contribution changed from 330,000 to 1,045,000 UAH. The public record does not name the shareholder affected by the change. [1] [2]

The amount listed in the register describes the capital structure. It does not reveal whether the sum was paid in a single instalment, what assets or funds were used to make the contribution, or where they came from. The business activities provide another clue, but they have the same limitation: the company’s main code is — 78.30, provision of labour resourcesAmong its additional activities are the wholesale trade in dairy products and milk processing. The list of authorised activities does not indicate which of these the company actually carried out. [1]

Separately, YouControl shows the registration of Karina Koynash’s sole trader business on 12 February 2018. The main activity is retail trade in non-specialised shops, predominantly in food and beverages; additional activities include the wholesale trade in dairy products. This is yet another verifiable record of a retail profile. It does not disclose the shop name, suppliers or contracts for a specific retail outlet. [3]

At Smart Farmer It has its own certificate number — 318819. It was registered on 11 May 2022. The trademark record specifically lists ‘FERMA. UA’ LLC as the owner. At ‘Milk from the Farmer’ Two records have been checked — certificates 320290 and 346941Antonina Nikiforenko is listed in both. Taras Moroz, whom MC.today refers to as the founder of the ‘Moloko vid Fermera’ chain, spoke in an interview about its development through franchising. The trademark rights, the history of the brand’s creation and the operations of a specific shop — these are all different matters. [4] [5] [6] [7]

Comparison of trade marks: ‘Smart Farmer’, registration No. 318819, and ‘Moloko vid fermera’, registration Nos. 320290 and 346941.
Two brands and three certificates. The trademark records allow us to identify the rights holder; the shop operator is identified through other documents.

According to Forbes Ukraine, in 2024 there were 65 shops operating under the ‘Moloko vid Fermera’ brand, 27 of which were franchises. It is therefore worth checking for a possible commercial link by looking at the address and date: whose tax identification number is listed on the receipt, who is renting the premises, who signed the licence agreement or issued the invoice for the supply. No document was found in the materials examined that would allow Koynash or ‘FERMA. UA’ LLC to be identified as the owner of the chain, its franchisee or its supplier. Various records relating to the brands do not rule out commercial agreements, but neither do they confirm them. [5] [6] [8]

Karina Koynash’s trial: case No. 757/3887/20-k

The Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv heard the case No. 757/3887/20-kIn the ‘Sudovi Spravy’ aggregator’s case file, Karina Sergeyevna Koynash is listed as the defendant, and the subject of the case is described as aiding members of criminal organisations and concealing their activities. ‘Rozsлідuvach.info’ links this investigation to ‘Khimprom’ and reports that 16 April 2020 The court has handed down its verdict. The publication refers to a document № 88795837 in the official register. We were unable to obtain the full text of the judgement, so we cannot independently confirm what sentence the court imposed or whether the judgement has come into force. [9] [10]

Andrei Lemishko features in the account of the court documents; the author of the article also refers to him as Andrei Amirkhanyan. Another article in the same series reports on safe-deposit boxes registered in Koynash’s name, where, according to the author, the group’s funds may have been held. This is a specific incident that can be verified against the court documents. The articles do not provide any payment documents linking these safe-deposit boxes to ‘FERMA. UA’ LLC, nor do they confirm that Koynash headed a separate branch of ‘Khimprom’. [10] [13]

A separate civil case No. 757/60281/19-c — concerning the defence of honour and compensation for non-pecuniary damage. Koynash is listed as the claimant in this case, whilst the organisation ‘Stop Corruption’ is among the defendants. The publicly available record does not contain the text of the final judgement. These two case numbers relate to different disputes; none of the available records show any payments made to the dairy business. [9] [11]

The legalisation of ‘Khimprom’s’ funds: where the sums and accounts are

On 22 April 2026, the National Police provided a detailed account of the financial scheme it links to ‘Khimprom’. The case concerned a project U420According to the police, the organisers used 145 sole traders under their control; 56 million UAH was transferred to the account of one of them over two days. The agency also reported the seizure of 416 accounts and the freezing of cryptocurrency worth almost 1 million USDT. These figures relate to a specific incident. This report makes no mention of the involvement of Koinash, ‘FERMA.UA’ or ‘Moloko vid fermera’ in the described movement of funds. [12]

Information from the editorial team’s source raises the question of whether funds linked to ‘Khimprom’ could have found their way into the dairy business. So far, the information provided does not include payment dates, amounts, recipients’ names or documents regarding the source of the funds. To verify this, at least one transfer is needed that can be cross-referenced with the payer, the recipient and the reason for the transaction: for example, a capital contribution, a loan or payment for a supply. At present, the register confirms Koinash’s stake in this particular limited liability companyWe have found no documented link between this limited liability company and the franchise or the funds mentioned in the police investigation.
