Boris Filatov is a lawyer, television presenter and politician who was elected mayor of Dnipro in 2015 and re-elected in 2020. Prior to taking up his post as mayor, he worked in the regional administration and the Verkhovna Rada.

Boris Albertovich Filatov was born on 7 March 1972 in Dnipropetrovsk. In 1993, he graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University.
