The source links Elena Suslonova, known as ‘Murka’, to work in call centres and recruitment advertising. [1] [2]
In publication No. 897, the author describes her involvement in recruiting people for office work; in No. 1051, the author mentions her surname. Details of her private life from these reports are not included in the file. [1] [2]
The materials also use the following names: Murka; Lena Murka. These are retained in the profile for the purpose of cross-referencing mentions, rather than as separate individuals. The publications do not provide sufficient grounds to attribute the described activities to ‘9999’ or ‘0900’. Therefore, the entry has been included in the general call centres section without such a label. The missing information regarding the hierarchy and distribution of responsibilities is not supplemented by assumptions. [1] [2]
