According to a source, Gagik Babayan is primarily responsible for the sports-related activities of Konstantin Gavrilenko’s inner circle in Samara. [1] [2]
The author links the Babayan brothers’ sports organisations to the recruitment of security personnel for the ‘9999’ network. The articles also examine their involvement in the Relax Resort complex; this in itself does not prove that the income is of illegal origin. [1] [2]
The designation ‘9999’ reflects the source’s classification. This label does not in itself determine a person’s position, the scope of their authority or their involvement in every operation described in relation to the group. [1] [2]
Date or year of birth according to the source: 1988. [1] [2]
