Consequently, it is incorrect to refer to her as a current employee of the NBU at the time of the payments in 2023–2024 without additional personnel documents. The fact that she worked in the department does not prove that she was the one who made the decision regarding the licence of a specific company.
Payments: a journalist’s perspective
OBOZ.UA, citing Yevhen Plinsky, reported that 3.8 million hryvnias had allegedly been transferred to Lilia Yakhniy’s sole trader business from Diamond Pay between 29 December 2023 and 16 April 2024 for design services. The same article also mentions a further 550,000 hryvnias from ‘Iks Pay Group’ in late 2023 and early 2024. The authenticity of the bank documents has not been independently verified. [2]
The transcript of the programme uses the term ‘advertising services’, whereas the publication mentioning specific amounts refers to design. This discrepancy must be resolved by referring to the original contracts and payment documents. [3] [2]

The information regarding her husband’s conviction does not allow Lilia Yakhniy to be declared a convicted person or a suspect. No relevant personal procedural document has been found in verified sources.
