Vasyl Pisny (1963–2021) was a former police chief and an officer of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), who also served on the executive committee of the Lviv Regional Council. His file is of historical significance: he died on 28 January 2021.

Vasyl Mykhailovych Pisny was born on 2 January 1963 in Lopushany, Ternopil Oblast.
